Are you a horror fan? Do you like shows about millions of people getting an infectious bites that turns them into zombies? Then The Walking Dead is the show for you.

Previously in the last season Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his fellow survivors: his wife Lori (Sarah Callies), his son Carl (Chandler Rigs), his friend Shane (Jon Bernthal), Andrea (Laurie Holden), Dale (Jeffery DeMunn) Glenn (Steven Yeun), T-Dog (IronE Singleton), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Carol (Melissa McBride), and her daughter Sophia (Madison Lintz) make their way to find the C.D.C, a military base who claims they found a cure for this virus. Turns out that there is only one man left, Dr. Edwin Jenner (Noah Emmerich) who lets them stay at the facility until they find out the truth and realize that they have to keep on going.

The premiere of the season starts out with the survivors gathering supplies until a herd of walkers (zombies) appear. They decide to hide until they think the walkers are gone but one of the survivor's childen goes missing. They then search for her while avoiding other walkers.

Overall the season two premier was rather good; they started the season off well. It was a little slow, but how they just picked it up right where they left off rather than starting on something completely different was a good idea. The make-up and costumes still look amazing, just like last season, and that’s one of the best things about the show.

If you are a zombie fan, be sure to check out the Walking Dead every Sunday night at 9PM on AMC. The first six episodes will air weekly, and then it will be on hiatus until February. For those who have yet to start the show, you have plenty of time to catch up!
